Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) seeks licensed Speech-Language Pathologists for school-based positions in Los Altos, CA. The role is full-time and on-site for the 2026–2027 school year, with a focus on direct therapy, IEP collaboration, and district partnerships.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, active state licensure, and ASHA CCC or eligibility, with pediatric experience and strong collaboration skills. Flexible settings and supportive team culture highlighted.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the applying state.
• ASHA CCC or eligibility for CCC.
• Licensure in multiple states if applying outside residence.
• Experience with pediatric populations is preferred.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with teachers and families.
• Provide direct therapy to improve articulation, language, social communication, and fluency.
• Participate in IEP meetings to support goals and student success.
• Collaborate with educators and staff to support classroom communication needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communications in compliance with standards.
• Provide strategies to teachers and parents to support communication development.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current.
