Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026–2027 school year in Woodlake, CA. Roles offer full-time, hybrid work with 1–2 days on-site, serving students across districts.

You will assess, plan and provide direct therapy for articulation, language, social communication and fluency, collaborating with teachers and families while participating in IEP meetings and maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the applying state.
• CCC from ASHA, or eligibility for CCC, as applicable.
• Out-of-state licensure requires dual state licenses where applicable.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred.
• Organized, detail-oriented and collaborative in a school setting.
• Commitment to student-centered services and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
• Develop and implement therapy plans addressing articulation, language, social communication, and fluency.
• Provide direct therapy in school settings and collaborate with teachers and families.
• Participate in IEP meetings to support goals and academic success.
• Document progress and maintain regulatory-compliant records.
• Offer consultation to teachers and parents on communication strategies.
• Stay current with best practices through ongoing professional development.
• Roles may vary by state and district requirements.
