Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking a full-time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. Located in San Jose, CA, this role involves assessing and treating students' speech and language needs in a collaborative school environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed speech-language pathologist with a Master's degree from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the state of application required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement therapy plans for students.
• Provide therapy services focusing on speech articulation and communication skills.
• Participate in IEP meetings to support student success.
• Collaborate with educators and parents to address communication needs.
