Job summary

Ampersand Therapy in Brighton, CO is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time school-year role serving K–12 students. You will provide speech-language services, participate in IEPs, and collaborate with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders required.
• Valid Colorado SLP license or ability to obtain one.
• Colorado Department of Education certification or willingness to obtain.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy in a K–12 setting.
• Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans; attend IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support skill carryover.
• Maintain documentation and progress notes; monitor progress.
