Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based role in Brighton, CO. You’ll support K–12 students with speech and language services, starting Aug 2026, 1.0 FTE, Tue–Fri, with liability-insured W-2 employment and a competitive hourly rate up to $65.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado SLP license or ability to obtain.
• Colorado Department of Education certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K–12 school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Collaborate with teachers and school teams to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
