Ampersand Therapy in Northglenn, CO is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based roles serving K-12 students. Positions are Full-Time or Part-Time with CFs welcome, starting September 2026, offering mentorship and a supportive team.

You will provide speech-language therapy in a school setting, conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate with teachers and families. Competitive pay up to $65/hour, W-2 with benefits, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain).
• Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
