Job summary

Ampersand Therapy in Arvada, CO is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to support high school students in a school-based setting. The position offers up to $65/hour and both full-time or part-time schedules for the 2026–2027 school year.

CFs are welcome and mentored; W-2 employment includes liability insurance, healthcare benefits, 401(k) with company match, and reimbursement for licensure and CEUs.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain)
• Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a high school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
