Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students in Arvada, CO. Full-time and part-time opportunities available; CFs welcome and mentored.

You will conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, collaborate with school teams, and provide therapy across elementary to high school settings with a focus on articulation, language, fluency, and social communication. Colorado licensure required or in process.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain).
• Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K–12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
