Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for the 2026-2027 school year.

The role supports students' communication and language development, collaborating with educators, parents, and specialists to identify and address disorders. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide direct therapy, participate in IEP meetings, and help staff with speech-language education.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• State license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team.
• Offer professional development and support to teachers and staff on speech and language topics.
