Job summary

RXinsider LTD. in Colorado Springs is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) to support students in the 2026-27 academic year. Colorado licensure and CCC designation are required, with school-based experience preferred.

You will assess and diagnose communication disorders, provide direct therapy, develop IEPs, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff. This full-time role offers guaranteed hours and benefits, with stipends for travel where applicable.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP licensure in Colorado and CCC designation.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred but not required.
• Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating with teachers, parents, and staff.
• Flexibility to support students of various ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Provide direct therapy and interventions to students.
• Develop and track individualized progress for each student on caseload.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support comprehensive student development.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district guidelines.
