Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support elementary students in Crowley, TX. This full-time role (37.5 hours/week) involves collaboration with teachers, parents, and specialists to identify and address speech and language disorders.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide direct therapy, participate in IEP meetings, and monitor progress. A state license and CCC-SLP are required, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• TX state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCC-SLP.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team.
• Offer professional development and support to teachers and staff on speech and language topics.
