Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for the 2026-2027 school year in Findlay, OH. You will assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders, collaborating with educators, families, and specialists to support academic and social success.

The role involves direct therapy with students, both individually and in groups, participation in IEPs, and opportunities for professional development within the school district.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• State license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCC-SLP.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team.
• Offer professional development and support to teachers and staff on speech and language topics.
