CLFC Healthcare and Communications places a team in Anne Arundel County Public Schools to support behavioral health initiatives. You will work at elementary schools during the school day, under BCBA supervision, implementing behavior intervention plans and data collection for students with significant needs.

The role involves direct, in-person support in classrooms, hallways, cafeteria and recess, with school-day hours and a school-year calendar.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Experience with children with significant behavioral needs preferred.
• Compliance with BACB supervision requirements.
• Background checks as required by Maryland law and Anne Arundel County Public Schools.
• Resume and credentials submitted to district with proposal.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct, school-based implementation support for behavior intervention plans and student strategies.
• Model behavioral strategies for school staff within real classroom routines.
• Collect and document behavioral data as directed by the BCBA and school team.
• Support student skill building in self-regulation, communication, transitions and social interactions.
• Implement strategies across school settings (classrooms, hallways, cafeteria, recess, arrival, dismissal).
• Provide proactive supports to reduce crises and disruption to instruction.
• Work under supervision of a BCBA within authorized scope.
