CLFC Healthcare and Communications is assembling a team to support Anne Arundel County Public Schools’ Behavioral and Mental Health Residency Model. Eight RBTs will work in twelve elementary schools, under BCBA supervision, delivering behavior interventions during the school day.

You will implement plans in classrooms, hallways, cafeterias and recess, gather data, and help students build self-regulation and communication skills. This is an on-site, school-year engagement.

Formación

• Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Experience working with children with significant behavioral needs.
• Ability to clear background checks as required by Maryland law and the district.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct, school-based implementation support for behavior intervention plans and student strategies.
• Model behavioral strategies for school staff in real classroom and school routines.
• Collect and document behavioral data as directed by the BCBA and school team.
• Support student skill building in self-regulation, communication, transitions, social interaction.
• Implement strategies across classrooms, hallways, cafeteria, recess, arrival, and dismissal.
• Implement proactive supports to reduce crises and disruptions to instruction.
• Work under supervision of an assigned BCBA within your scope of practice.
