Job summary

CLFC Healthcare and Communications is assembling a team to support Anne Arundel County Public Schools in their Behavioral and Mental Health Residency Model. The two BCBAs will lead behavioral work across twelve elementary schools, supervising RBTs and coordinating with district staff.

The role involves conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, coaching educators, and ensuring fidelity of interventions within a school-based team. Work is on-site with a school-year schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Experience providing school-based behavioral services.
• Experience coaching and supporting educational personnel.
• Ability to clear required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs in school settings.
• Provide direct observation, assessment and classroom consultation.
• Supervise RBTs to meet BACB requirements; give feedback and maintain documentation.
• Coach teachers and paraeducators on behavioral strategies.
• Support crisis prevention and de-escalation planning.
• Participate in IEP, MTSS, and manifestation meetings as requested.
• Collaborate with district leadership on implementation and fidelity.
• Help schools build staff capacity to sustain behavioral supports.
