ProCare Therapy seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to support students near Puyallup, WA in an educational setting. You will work under supervision with a BCBA, implementing ABA-based strategies to promote positive behavior and learning outcomes.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress documentation, collaboration with teachers and families, and ongoing training to stay current with best practices in behavioral support.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Experience working with children or adolescents, particularly in school or clinical environments.
• Understanding and implementation of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students and staff.
• Ability to maintain detailed, confidential records and document progress accurately.
• Flexible, adaptable, and committed to fostering a positive learning atmosphere.

Responsabilités

• Support students with behavior goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other qualified supervisor.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans to encourage positive behavior and learning outcomes.
• Collect data and record student progress, reporting findings to supervisory staff.
• Collaborate with teachers, support personnel, and families to ensure consistent intervention strategies.
• Provide hands-on support in the classroom and other educational settings as needed.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and stay current on best practices.
