Job summary

AED CONSTRUCTORES is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a school-based role in Yelm, WA. You will provide direct interventions, support ABA strategies, and help students with autism and related challenges under BCBA supervision.

The position emphasizes data-driven progress, collaborative teamwork, and communication with families to promote student success and meaningful outcomes in the educational environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• At least 6 months of relevant ABA experience within the last 5 years.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Comfortable working with students with autism and related developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one and group interventions using intensive teaching and natural environment strategies.
• Implement behavioral skill acquisition and reduction protocols as prescribed.
• Collect, track, and summarize behavioral data for ongoing assessment and supervision.
• Support parent and caregiver training sessions aligned with individualized treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress, under the guidance of a BCBA.
