ProCare Therapy seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to support students near Puyallup, WA in an educational setting. You will work under supervision with a BCBA, implementing ABA-based strategies to promote positive behavior and learning outcomes.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress documentation, collaboration with teachers and families, and ongoing training to stay current with best practices in behavioral support.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Experience working with children or adolescents, particularly in school or clinical environments.
• Understanding and implementation of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students and staff.
• Ability to maintain detailed, confidential records and document progress accurately.
• Flexible, adaptable, and committed to fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
