Job summary

AED CONSTRUCTORES seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with school-based experience to join a supportive educational environment in Pasco, Washington. You will deliver evidence-based ABA interventions to support students with autism and related developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities include one-on-one and small group interventions, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA and families.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience within the last 5 years.
• Experience in school-based settings recommended to support students with autism and related developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one and group interventions using intensive teaching and natural environment strategies.
• Implement behavioral skill acquisition and reduction protocols as prescribed.
• Collect, track, and summarize behavioral data for ongoing assessment and supervision.
• Support parent and caregiver training sessions aligned with individualized treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress under the guidance of a BCBA.
