Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring for CBT/RBTs to support students with behavioral needs in Tacoma for the 2026-2027 school year. This role focuses on ABA-based behavioral support in a school setting, with students ranging from pre-K to high school.

1:1 or small group work is common, and prior ABA experience is a plus. You will work in classrooms with your student, helping keep them on task and working toward behavioral goals, while collaborating with teachers and staff.

Qualifications

• Active CBT/RBT license required.
• Experience in childcare and/or ABA.
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in a 1:1 or general classroom capacity.
• Maintain calm, clear, and concise communication with children and adults.
• Be able to stand, walk, and sit for long periods; assist with bending, crouching, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
