Job summary

Orange, CT Public Schools seeks a Registered Behavior Technician for a ten-month position providing direct support based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods. The RBT will work closely with students and staff to enhance academic and social skills while implementing behavior reduction protocols in a school environment.

The ideal candidate must maintain certification as an RBT and demonstrate competency in working with a diverse student body. This role includes collaborative efforts with the Behavior Analyst to monitor student progress and assist in staff training as needed.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician from the BACB is mandatory.
• Experience meeting diverse learner needs.
• Excellent judgment and communication skills required.
