Job summary

Center for Developmentally Disabled (CDD) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral support in a private school setting. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans to promote student independence and social-emotional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Successful completion of criminal background screening and agency requirements.
• Ability to maintain required physical qualifications for the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral support to students throughout the school day.
• Implement ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect objective behavioral and instructional data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Respond to behavioral crises with de-escalation and approved crisis interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, speech-language pathologists, and other staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
