Job summary

Young World Physical Education is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the Providence Public School District. The RBT will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) support to students while reporting to school administrators and a BCBA. This is a 10-month position with potential for extension.

The successful candidate will collect data, develop behavioral intervention plans, and help model strategies for school staff. Required qualifications include a high school diploma and RBT certification. Salary ranges from $51,529 to $60,899.50 per year.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB.
• One year of RBT experience or experience as a special education paraprofessional.
• Experience working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and classroom-wide ABA support to students.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data.
• Model and train school staff on ABA strategies.
