Job summary

Harrison School District 2 is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with autism and related disabilities in the school environment. The role involves direct behavioral intervention, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA/Behavior Specialist, teachers, and families under supervision.

The candidate will assist in implementing ABA-based strategies, gather and analyze data, and model positive supports for staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's degree or 48 semester hours or ESSA requirements met.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral intervention in 1:1 and group settings and collect data.
• Communicate progress with school staff and collaborate with the team.
• Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction assessments.
• Support school staff training and crisis interventions.
• Maintain required certifications and participate in trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
