Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a part-time, school-based contract near Olympia, WA for the 2026-2027 year. The role focuses on supporting student mobility and growth in-person with a caseload of 35-40 students.

The position requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy and Washington licensure or eligibility, plus strong collaboration with teachers, staff and families. Preference for pediatric/school experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Washington state.
• Experience in school or pediatric settings is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and collaboration with teachers, staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Assess students to determine functional abilities and develop therapy plans.
• Provide direct physical therapy services for 35-40 students.
• Collaborate with educators, special education staff and parents.
• Document services and progress per school/state regulations.
• Support IEP meetings as a therapy team member.
• Offer guidance to teachers on mobility strategies.
