Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a part-time, school-based role in Washington. You will support students’ growth and mobility, evaluating needs and delivering individualized therapy on a 7.5-hour weekly schedule, on-site with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include planning and executing treatment plans, coordinating with teachers and families, and tracking outcomes to maximize educational progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license (or eligibility) to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Previous experience providing PT services in school settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families.
• Proactive, creative, and compassionate approach to student care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and identifying students’ physical therapy needs.
• Developing and executing individualized treatment plans to support educational goals.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and educational staff to maximize student progress.
• Monitoring and documenting student outcomes to adjust interventions as needed.
• Providing resources and guidance to school personnel to ensure effective therapy integration.
