ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a contract role near Graham, WA. You will evaluate students, develop individualized plans, and integrate therapeutic activities into daily school life to support student growth and well-being throughout the school year.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington state or eligible
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Collaborative mindset to work with educators and specialists

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and ongoing assessments
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to support student success
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team solutions
• Provide training and resources to school staff on mobility and safety
