Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare in Roanoke, VA seeks a School-Based Prevention Supervisor to oversee prevention staff, foster school-community partnerships, and ensure effective program delivery across BRBH catchment areas.

The role involves grant writing, data collection and analysis, report creation, budgeting and compliance, and developing prevention initiatives to improve outcomes for youth and families in our community.

Formación

• Master's degree or equivalent level of relevant experience required.
• Three (3) years of experience in prevention required with at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Background Check including fingerprints, state and FBI reports, drug test, and central registry; driving record checks required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee prevention staff and ensure effective implementation of programs across BRBH catchment areas.
• Foster and manage school-community partnerships; utilize data to improve outcomes.
• Engage in grant writing, data collection/analysis, reporting, budgeting, and needs assessments; develop prevention initiatives.
