Job summary

Blue Ridge Health in Hendersonville, NC, is seeking a School Based Therapist Team Leader to oversee a behavioral health team within our school-based program. Qualifications

• Fully licensed as LCSW or LCMHC.
• 2 years clinical social work experience preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) preferred.
• Ability to perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop viable treatment plans.
• Strong listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support to a team of behavioral health staff.
• Conduct assessments, crisis intervention, individual, family and group therapy (50% clinical).
• Assist clinics in meeting service, documentation and clinical standards.
• Lead scheduling (ADP, PTO), build and monitor counselor schedules.
• Provide clinical supervision to provisionally licensed staff.
• Attend monthly site and team leader meetings.
• Support onboarding and interviewing of new staff.
• Model evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care.
