Behavioral Health Solutions of South Texas seeks a Data Analyst to support youth-focused prevention initiatives across the Rio Grande Valley. You will transform data into insights, recruit diverse community leaders, and coordinate SPF activities.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data collection, and reporting, with travel within the service area, bilingual English/Spanish, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, or equivalent.
• Experience in social services or community networking is preferred.
• Experience with community needs assessments and data collection/analysis.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel within the service area.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment of diverse Behavioral Health and community leaders and develop partnerships and MOUs.
• Coordinate SPF implementation by collecting and interpreting community and project data.
• Conduct community needs assessments and identify trends, risk factors, and resource gaps.
• Coordinate program outcomes, participation, and quality assurance across data collection and planning.
• Develop prevention messages and media campaigns to raise awareness.
• Provide oversight to coalition staff ensuring data quality and compliance.
