Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas with active credential.
• Experience in school-based PT is highly valued.
• Knowledge of pediatric therapy approaches and IEPs.
• Strong collaboration with educators, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for a caseload of 20 children.
• Deliver direct physical therapy services and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, SPED staff and families on IEPs.
• Maintain compliant documentation per school/state requirements.
• Advise on classroom adaptations and equipment as needed.
• Evaluate and adjust interventions to support student growth.
