Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a contract role in a school-based setting near Bay City, TX. Manage a small caseload of about 20 students with flexible part-time hours (5-8 hours per week), allowing a meaningful impact while maintaining balance.

You will collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to deliver IEP-based therapy, document progress, and adjust plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred.
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement therapy for a diverse student caseload.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students with gross motor needs.
• Develop and implement IEP-based therapy plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff for coordinated care.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input.
• Educate school personnel and caregivers on mobility strategies.
