Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a school-based Physical Therapist to support students across Texas. You’ll evaluate needs, develop interventions, deliver therapy, and collaborate with the IEP team to promote access and independence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Texas licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs and conduct comprehensive PT evaluations.
• Communicate findings to parents, educators, and district personnel.
• Develop evidence-based, individualized interventions with IEP team.
• Provide direct therapy or supervise PTAs on IEP goals.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate records for IEP reviews.
• Participate in ARD meetings and multidisciplinary discussions.
