Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a part-time Physical Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year to provide direct and consultative PT services within a small caseload. You’ll work closely with teachers, families, and other providers to support student goals and well-being in a school setting.

You will serve four students directly and two as a consultant, documenting progress and updating IEPs while ensuring compliance and inclusive practices throughout the academic year.

Qualifications

• Current, active Physical Therapist license.
• Background in school-based or pediatric therapy.
• Experience providing both direct and consult PT services.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Dedication to student progress and wellbeing.
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and school protocols.

Responsibilities

• Offering direct physical therapy interventions for four students based on individualized goals.
• Providing consultative guidance for two additional students to support their programs.
• Collaborating closely with teachers, families, and other service providers.
• Monitoring student progress and adapting interventions as needed.
• Documenting sessions and updating IEPs according to compliance standards.
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to team-based decision-making.
• Promoting inclusion and mobility throughout the school environment.
