Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to support students in a Williams, AZ area school district on a contract, part-time basis.

You will work with a caseload of about 10 students, provide assessments, interventions, and IEP-aligned services, with formats including in-person, virtual, or hybrid.

This role offers flexible scheduling and strong collaboration with a student-centered educational team.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT with current state credentials.
• Experience in school or pediatric PT preferred.
• Strong collaboration with teachers, families, and school staff.
• Ability to adapt quickly to fluctuating caseloads.
• Experience developing and implementing IEP goals is a plus.
• Proficiency with documentation and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PT assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for a caseload of 10 students.
• Adjust strategies as caseload changes.
• Provide services in In-Person, Virtual, or Hybrid format.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support IEP goals.
• Educate staff and families on activities and accommodations.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of reports.
