Bethel School District 403 is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support students aged 3–21 across multiple buildings. The role involves delivering therapy to students with fine motor, visual-perceptual, and sensory challenges, and participating in the Multidisciplinary Assessment Team to evaluate new referrals.

Applicants should hold a BS OT, be NBCOT certified, and maintain WA licensure and ESA certification.

Qualifications

• Experience writing Individual Education Programs (IEP).
• Ability to write measurable annual goals and objectives.
• Ability to work with students in self-contained and integrated programs from ages 3–21.
• Strong communication with staff, students, and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule and travel between buildings.
• Knowledge of Washington State rules and regulations for disabled students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Educational Programs (IEPs).
• Provide therapy to students with fine motor, visual, perceptual and sensory dysfunction.
• Provide treatment based on ongoing evaluation of progress.
