Qualifications

• Master's degree in occupational therapy or a BA with school-based experience.
• Current state licensure as an occupational therapist.
• NBCOT certification required.
• Prior school-based experience preferred.
• Proficiency in sensory processing, fine motor, visual motor, and executive functioning.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to students under IEPs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary professionals to formulate IEPs, 504 plans, and MTSS.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, individually or in group/classroom settings.
• Monitor and document students' progress toward targeted objectives.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in the OT field.
• Ensure timely completion of all necessary documentation.
