Job summary

Family & Children's Services is seeking a Team Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a multidisciplinary team including Youth Care Coordinators, Behavioral Health Aids, and F-PRSS in the school-based program serving clients 18 years old and younger in the school, home and community.

You will lead team huddles and case staffing to ensure coordinated care delivery and align with organizational expectations.

Qualifications

• Licensed or under supervision for license with 3–5 years clinical experience.
• Bachelor's degree in mental health with 5+ years field experience.
• Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
• Supervisory and program management experience desirable.
• Must have valid Driver's License and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a multidisciplinary team in a school-based program.
• Lead regular team huddles and case staffing to ensure coordinated care delivery.
• Ensure team performance and service delivery align with organizational expectations.
• Analyze and disseminate data to guide service planning and staff priorities.
• Ensure services are accessible, timely, and client centered.
