Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in mental health or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience providing mental health services.
• Must be licensed as LISW or LPCC with supervisor endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical management and supervision of client care.
• Oversee day-to-day activities in the school and city contracts.
• Supervise staff and ensure documentation accuracy in EHR.
• Recruit, train and lead staff; conduct regular staff meetings.
• Coordinate trainings, certifications, and adherence to policy.
