Job summary

Family & Children’s Services seeks a Clinical Supervisor to partner with clinical and program leadership. The role ensures quality services, high professional standards, and advanced clinical practice through supervision, case consultation, and strategy development.

The supervisor will lead a multi-disciplinary team, drive continuous learning, and support staff with professional development and CEUs while promoting robust clinical operations and client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Masters or better in Counseling Psychology or related field.
• Masters or better in Social Work.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality performance initiatives and supervise clinical staff.
• Provide clinical supervision and case consultation to teams.
• Develop continuous learning environment and disseminate evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with clinical and program directors to ensure high professional standards.
