Job summary

Monroe Community Mental Health Authority is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead and coordinate therapist, case managers and staff within a defined service component. You will ensure services align with recovery, self-determination and resilience principles while promoting collaboration across programs.

The role requires supervising staff, overseeing program operations, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling with Michigan licensure.
• Two or more years experience supervising clinical staff.
• Three (3+) years of related experience in adult mental health or similar populations.
• Knowledge of treatment planning, organization policies and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program implementation of policies, staff scheduling and case assignments.
• Provide clinical oversight and ensure adherence to standards of practice.
• Coordinate community collaborations and outreach efforts.
• Promote organizational performance improvement and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with mandated regulations and funding requirements.
