Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health seeks a School-Based Support Supervisor to lead and mentor School-Based Support Specialists in diverse school settings. The role includes supervision, crisis intervention, and clinical oversight with emphasis on high-quality, individualized student care.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a relevant field, plus experience supervising school-based teams and developing treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.
• An advanced degree is strongly preferred and considered well-qualified.
• Experience supervising school-based or community-based staff is valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular supervisory sessions and team meetings with supervisees.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to School-Based Support Specialists.
• Attend client staffing to identify problems and set treatment goals.
• Develop initial and master treatment plans and 90-day reviews as needed.
• Respond to crises during business hours and on-call after hours.
• Review documentation for compliance with standards and policies.
• Deliver individual, group, family counseling, and skill-building interventions.
• Coordinate emergency services and ensure follow-up for clients.
• Participate in staff development, trainings, and orientation sessions.
