Job summary

Signature Health is seeking a Supervisor, School-Based Services to lead a team of school-based counselors and collaborate with school administrators to deliver high‑quality behavioral health services in the school setting.

Reporting to the Manager, School-Based Services, the role focuses on program development, performance management, staff training, and ensuring compliance with Medicaid and other standards while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Valid Ohio license: LISW or PCC; LISW-S or LPCC-S within one month of hire.
• 3+ years in Behavioral Health.
• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with school-based clients preferred.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily objectives of the school-based behavioral health provider team.
• Oversee school-based.billing and utilization tracking per Manager directives.
• Lead performance reviews and ongoing coaching for staff.
• Provide training, communication, and guidance to the team.
• Coordinate with school administration and teaching staff to address needs and concerns.
• Ensure clinical documentation and treatment plans meet licensing and contract standards.
