Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health Nursing, Health Education, or related field preferred.
• Two years of experience in community health, human services outreach, or healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with insurance eligibility options.
• Assist small business employers and employees with insurance eligibility options.
• Facilitate insurance enrollment processes.
• Provide insurance information in the consumer’s best interest.
• Engage communities through outreach to recruit uninsured patients.
• Serve as liaison between health services and the community.
