HealthNet is seeking an Outreach Enrollment Specialist to educate and assist with enrollment for uninsured and underinsured individuals in Bloomington, IN. You’ll build community partnerships, conduct outreach, and guide clients through Medicaid and ACA options.

Full‑time role with schedule options; requires high school diploma or GED, driver’s license, and transportation to all health centers. Indiana Navigator certification preferred but can be obtained after hire.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Indiana Navigator Certification preferred but can be obtained after hiring.
• Knowledge in Medicaid, ACA, HIP 2.0 a plus.
• Driver’s License required.
• Reliable transportation required, travel to all health centers.

Responsabilidades

• Establishing community partnerships and increasing awareness of HealthNet and their services.
• Providing outreach and enrollment assistance for all uninsured individuals.
• Collaborating with other HealthNet departments/programs to facilitate in-reach efforts for existing patients.
• Receive and follow up on referrals (internal and external) in a timely manner.
• Identify, establish, and maintain ongoing relationships with individuals, groups, and organizations to increase awareness of health insurance options and create referral opportunities.
• Participate in community events to promote the services of the Outreach Enrollment team as well as HealthNet.
