Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support students across multiple school sites in a full-time contract. You will collaborate with licensed therapists to implement individualized plans, provide small-group or one-on-one interventions, and help teachers adapt strategies to foster independence.

The role runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm, with travel between campuses.

Qualifications

Valid COTA certification and state licensure.
Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to adapt to working at multiple school locations.
Passion for fostering student independence and participation.
Organizational skills and flexibility to manage a varied caseload.

Responsibilities

Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing individualized education and therapy plans.
Provide direct therapy interventions to students in small groups or one-on-one sessions.
Support teachers and staff by recommending adaptive techniques and strategies.
Document student progress and maintain accurate records per school and regulatory requirements.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of student support plans.
Travel between multiple school sites as scheduled.
