Soliant Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support students across multiple school sites in a full-time contract. You will collaborate with licensed therapists to implement individualized plans, provide small-group or one-on-one interventions, and help teachers adapt strategies to foster independence.

The role runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm, with travel between campuses.

Qualifications

• Valid COTA certification and state licensure.
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to working at multiple school locations.
• Passion for fostering student independence and participation.
• Organizational skills and flexibility to manage a varied caseload.

Responsabilités

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing individualized education and therapy plans.
• Provide direct therapy interventions to students in small groups or one-on-one sessions.
• Support teachers and staff by recommending adaptive techniques and strategies.
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records per school and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of student support plans.
• Travel between multiple school sites as scheduled.
