Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support K-12 students in a full-time contract position for the remainder of the school year. You will collaborate with supervising OTs, adapt activities, and help students achieve functional independence.

You will assess student needs, implement therapy plans, and document progress while communicating with educators and families to promote holistic development in a dynamic school setting.

Qualifications

• Current COTA license in California.
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred.
• Passion for working with children and adolescents.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to organize and manage a diverse caseload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing student needs and develop tailored intervention plans with supervising OTs.
