Job summary

Soliant Health seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for an Early Intervention program in the Bronx, NY. This contract role starts with a few hours weekly with potential to grow to full-time as caseloads increase.

You’ll work with a team in classrooms of 10 students, delivering individual and group OT services, and collaborating with a special education teacher and a 1:1 assistant. The role is ideal for a committed, flexible professional.

Qualifications

• Current COTA certification with eligibility to practice in New York.
• Experience or strong interest in school-based pediatric settings.
• Compassionate and flexible mindset adaptable to changing caseloads.
• Excellent communication with teachers, assistants, and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging occupational therapy interventions individually and in groups.
• Document student progress and adapt interventions as needed.

• Participate in planning and team meetings to continually enhance student outcomes.
