Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health discipline from an Accredited University.
• Licensure in the State of Connecticut as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Psychologist, Substance Abuse Counselor.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy within the school system.
• Coordinate with school social worker, nursing staff and other school administrators.
• Develop psychosocial assessments through clinical interviews with clients and families.
• Create treatment plans including measurable treatment objectives.
• Provide clinical treatment services in various forms.
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of treatment plans.
