Job summary

InterCommunity, Inc. in Connecticut seeks a licensed behavioral health professional to provide clinical services within the School Based Health Center.

You will deliver individual and group therapy to students enrolled in SBHC, collaborating with school staff to support wellbeing. The role requires a Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health and CT licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Psychologist, or Substance Abuse Counselor.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Health completed at an accredited university.
• CT licensure as Clinical Social Worker, Marriage & Family Therapist, Psychologist, or Substance Abuse Counselor.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to SBHC students.
• Educate school staff on trauma-informed care and coordinate with the care team.
• Develop psychosocial assessments and treatment plans with measurable objectives.
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing clinical treatment within the school system.
• Maintain clinical records and ensure documentation complies with standards.
